Cancellation Policy
No shows will be charged 50% of the service. Cancellations must be 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, then I keep the deposit as a late cancellation fee. I offer a 15 minute grace period, if you arrive later than that, it will be considered a late cancellation (I keep your deposit) as I cannot accommodate shifting the rest of my appointments for that day. I ask that you do not bring any children or pets with you to your appointment, as I do not have the proper space for them to wait and be supervised during your service.
